T- MAN / T- TCR series exhaust gas turbocharger features:

T- TCR series turbocharger nozzle ring (also called marine turbo guide vane) belongs to one part of T- MAN / T- TCR series exhaust gas turbocharger, which were created to address the very special challenges faced by Heavy Fuel Oil, Marine Diesel Oil, biofuel and gas engines. Products are available for the entire engine power range, from 350 kW to 7MW per turbocharger.

• The turbocharger nozzle ring is in the where the energy in the exhaust gas is converted into kinetic energy, so the nozzle ring need to bear the extremely high temperature and high pressure.
• The turbocharger nozzle ring is usually fabricated from a creep resistant chromium nickel alloy, heat resisting moly-chrome nickel steel or a nimonic alloy which will withstand the high temperatures and be resistant to corrosion.
